We have confirmed that some guests who booked a stay at our hotel through the online booking site “Booking.com” have received suspicious emails at their personal email addresses. These emails appear to be reservation confirmations but actually request credit card information.
These suspicious emails may contain URL links that redirect you to malicious phishing sites.
Please be careful not to click on any URLs in the body of the email.
Please note that your personal email address is not included in the information we hold for guests who have made reservations through “Booking.com.”
Therefore, we are unable to contact guests who have made reservations through “Booking.com” directly at their personal email addresses to confirm reservations or for other purposes.
Please be extremely cautious of suspicious messages that attempt to redirect you to phishing sites impersonating our hotel.
Furthermore, at this time, we have not confirmed any leakage of guest information from our hotel.
For inquiries regarding reservations made through “Booking.com,” please contact Booking.com Customer Support.
We sincerely apologize for the significant concern and inconvenience this has caused our guests.
We kindly ask for your understanding and continued vigilance.
